ഇതിനുവേണ്ടി നമുക്ക് ബ്രൗസേർസ് ആയി Internet Explorer 11.0 OR Mozilla Firefox 3.6 & above ഉപയോഗിക്കാം

ലോഗിൻ ചെയ്യാൻ വേണ്ടി നമുക്ക് താഴെ കാണുന്ന ലിങ്കിൽ അമർത്തുക.

ഇത് നിങ്ങളെ വെബ്‌സൈറ്റിൽ എത്തിക്കും. അതിനു ശേഷം നിങ്ങളുടെ CRM ID AND  പാസ്സ്‌വേർഡും ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്യുക                               

Login with your CRM ID and Password:

Please note that you should give CAPITAL LETTERS for  USER ID  & PASSWORD:

ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട ഒന്ന് നിങ്ങളുടെ ഐഡിയും പാസ്സ്‌വേർഡും ക്യാപിറ്റൽ ലെറ്റേഴ്സ് തന്നെ വേണമെന്നുള്ളതാണ്.

Eg:  USER ID  : KK_100XX00    (ALL CAPS)

        PASSWORD  :  XXXXXXXXXX

ലോഗിൻ ആയി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കു ഈ കാണുന്ന പേജ് കാണാവുന്നതാണ്.  

After entering into site, you can see the following page:

You can see  "more" button on the  POPULAR  REQUEST area  and click on  MORE link:

Now you can select  required area which is related your problem.   Some times it may SALES , SERVICE, USER MANAGEMENT or SPARES etc..etc..

if you have problem while shipping the part numbers in CRM, then you should select "Spares". 

Select appropriate item:   Eg:   Click "SALES" if your problem based on sales  or else click on service if your problem is related with service.

Then you can see one new window "PROVIDE INFORMATION" page will appear.  If you are selected SALES,  page will appear like this:

NB: If you have selected service or spares,  these 

ഏരിയ "സ്പെയർ" എന്ന് സെലക്ട് ചെയ്തു സബ് ഏരിയ നിങ്ങൾ ഫേസ് ചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രോബ്ലം കണ്ടെത്തുക

സെലക്ട് ചെയ്തതിനു ശേഷം എന്താണ് നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രോബ്ലം അത് ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്തു താഴെ നിങ്ങളുടെ പേരും അഡ്രസ്സും ഫോൺ നമ്പറും ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്തു സുബ്മിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുക 

Then you should give details in  : SUB AREA, PROBLEM AREA  and give problem what you are facing.

Then give a click on SUBMIT.

After submitting here,  a small  window will appear with its REQUEST ID  like REQ000002100007  and it will appear in right pane of the screen at the same time like:

സബ്മിറ്റ് ബട്ടൺ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഒരു ചെറിയ വിന്ഡോ ഓപ്പൺ ആവുന്നതാണ്. അതിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ റിക്വസ്റ്റ് നമ്പർ കാണാവുന്നതാണ്. അത്  നോട്ട് ചെയ്തു വക്കുക. 


സ്‌ക്രീനിന്റെ വലതു ഭാഗത്തു നിങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള എല്ലാ റിക്വസ്റ്റ് നമ്പറുകളും വരിയായി കാണാവുന്നതാണ്. 

After completing this CRM person will contact you after problem rectification.
