BSNL launched SMS based services for its landline and broadbad ustomers.Now raise your complaints through SMS from your mobile.


Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has lauched a fault booking facility through SMS for their landline and Broadband Customers in all telecom circles. Earlier SMS based facility was available only from BSNL Mobile numbers on SMS code 53334.

BSNL launched SMS based services for its landline and broadband customers, Now book your BSNL complaints through SMS
Now, these services are also available from all other operators mobile numbers on SMS code 94780 53334.

Avaiable services through this SMS code:

  • Land line fault Booking
  • Broadband fault booking
  • Bill Enquiry,
  • Registration of Email Bill Facility
  • Registration of Mobile number
  • Registration of Email ID.
