How to block URLs in Windows for all web browsers

When you are sharing your PC with other users and especially with your children, you might want to restrict permission to access some kind of websites which might not be suitable for our kids.

In Windows itself offer a option to block any websites using 'host' file which is located in /windows/system32/drivers/etc., but not some users are expert to modify this (host) file. 

Windows provides another method is called parental control options, but which need to configure these for each user. 

If you are planning to do a quickly block URLs in Windows OS (effected for all web browsers), there is a simple tool called URL blocker is mostly helpful.
